Chocolate milk, Ginsters, avocado toast, Long and crisp.... here's a thread to share your ride and post ride degustation.

And to kick off:-

5hrs single speed MTB

Wholemeal bagel, marmite, hardboiled egg, very strong black coffee, large BLT, glass of milk, GU lemon cheesecake and another coffee.
