Well, they've certainly answered (most) of the criticisms. The start was easypeasy, the route was rather harder than its been since about 2005, it didn't really rain, it had 4 20% climbs and I'm looking forward to tea and a pint.
Any one else enjoy it?

serous question, have they removed any of the urban bits and are there people still jumping red lights?

I only ask because some Londoner went into the back of me as i was sorting a contact lens at a red light, and i saw some pretty stupid riding. Oh and what were the feed stations like?

Some urban bits. Also some red light jumping. One light at bottom of 15% hill, rain, light only visible from 100m away = ambulance.
