Day off, so popped up Afan and rode Penhydd on a Full susser for the first time.A little muddy on some of the climbs.Hidden valley closed ( don't like it much anyway )Really enjoyed sidewinder and dead sheep Gully.

Just back from a local ride, it was a rubbish ride, just seem to be having an 'off' day's ride...not had one of these for a long time...

stuck my car in for a service at 10am, rode around chatleruat country park, clyde valley walkway, clyde falls, lanark, newmains, motherwell and picked car up at 2:30.
Another great day on the bike, prob about 45 miles or so but been doing alot recently so happy to get the miles in
My bike mojo is well and trully hyper just now, cant get enough
