Just walked onto platform and watched a guy too engrossed in his smart phone walk straight into a cast iron pillar. He did look sheepish after. Did check he was fine, them had a grim to myself.
Any other phone related injuries out there.

Not phone related but....
I once had a desk next to a big atrium with staircases up to the first floor in our headquarters building. There was a particularly stunning young lady employed there and I once watched a male colleague walk into one of the stair pillars while watching her go up the stairs in a very short skirt..... 😆
