bought one of these at the beginning of the week Lezyne Adroit Hydration Pack , it arived damaged and a missing hydration pack, contacted them with said problems , sent old one back , refund no messing about, replacment recived today with some sweets and a a enery drink, i just wanted to say thanks chaps, means when i go out on sunday i dont need to bung all me gear in a tesco bag and cable tie it to the frame, sweet trails.
wiggle are pretty clued up, a 10p packet of haribo and we're smiling like a cheshire cat, even though we've spent £30 on a recovery powder drink.
its not about the freebees , its the quick turnaround, yes it was borked , yes it was new , yes they had no choice ,they could have made me wait, piss around etc etc .
