The main zip went on my 3...ish year old, well used fusion jacket a few weeks ago. Called Endura to arrange a repair and sent it back.
Was expecting a call with a cost for repair, but instead I got a parcel in today containing a brand new replacement fusion jacket.
Me is happy bunny.
Thanks Endura, more purchases coming your way.
🙂
they're good like that.
I've had 2 pairs of Strike gloves replaced under warranty and am about to ask them about repairing my MT500 overshoes.
I meant to post a similar thread last week: 2-3ish year old MT500 jacket with some of the sealed seams coming away. They asked me to return it for repair and sent me a new jacket.
I've just bought some new gloves and that customer service pushed me towards a pair of MT500s (which a lovely).
I shall continue to buy their kit because of the performance and the service.
That’s good service. I’ve been tempted to try some Endura gear, but had an unfortunate first experience when I bought a pair of overshoes which were advertised as ‘waterproof’ but weren’t. Since then I can’t bring myself to buy any more of their products.
fairy nuff.
Their sizing can be a bit hit or miss, but I've only found that because my stuff has lasted years, so new updated products are going to be a bit different.
one of their helmets is next on the shopping list I think..
I'm also feeling the Endura love.
I managed to rip the sleeve on my 2 year old MT500 Jacket.
Sent it to Endura for Reapir and also asked them to look at a sticky zip.
They sent me a brand new jacket that i received this morning, just in time for the downpour that we are enjoying.
I'm still a bit shocked really!
There are no waterproof overshoes...
Trouble with Endura stuff is the quality varies massively, some of their kit is very good and comparable with Assos etc. other stuff may as well be branded Altura.
No love here.
Emailed a few weeks agao about repairing a damaged zip on a pair of Singletrack shorts, and the answer was NO.
Bah ! Off to L.S.R I go then
I like Endura stuff and was excited to see the Snype helmet (I'm easily pleased)..so I ordered one from CRC on fri, it turn up sat morn and is easily the most uncomfortable helmet I've ever worn. Which is a shame

I've had a couple of pairs of Gore overshoes, and I'd call them waterproof - they're brilliant! The Endura ones were a massive disappointment. They had other models which they didn't claim as being waterproof, so I ordered these particular ones because they said they were waterproof. I was a bit skeptical when I saw the material, but gave them a go, only to find they didn't keep the rain out. At first I tried to convince myself that, "It's just sweat!" or, "It's rainwater running down my leg!" but the Gore ones keep rain out all day, and the Endura ones gave up after 10 or 20 minutes.
Thanks to Endura I know lots about stitching
proberts, out of interest, what helmets do you find comfy? I've had a few issues in the past with Met's just being the wrong shape for my head.
