Phoned yesterday about a helmet replacement (excellent service by the way) that had got lost in the post.
No worries he said, I'll just send another one off.
It arrived this morning, and I'm now going for a ride. And what a pleasure not to have to wear that Decathlon thing any more!

Dealt with him through the shop before and he is nice and gets things done.
Wonder if he'd let me swap my 06 Enduro frame for a 2010 one?
