Ordered new rebate forks for my son's bike yesterday. Got an email saying they had been dispatched and would arrive in lnverness on monday. Forks arrived this afternoon so son can now ride his bike this weekend. Thanks On one bikes great service. Will be using them again

+1 from me. Ordered a new 456 Ti, from the advert, implied it came with a headset. Sent a request asking for a 1.5 crown race, was told no headset actually included, but they would send one free anyway ! Thanks to Jamie at O-O.

To be fair, they got back to me very quickly with spurious reasons not to honour their warranty promises. Better than being kept waiting.
