I've been sorting out a few bikes and bits lately and wanted to give a nod to a few companies who have been spot on:
Hansell composites - A flawless repair of my cracked Nomad, turned around in a few days, for a very reasonable price
Giant Store, York - Warranty issue on a bike. Nothing but friendly and helpful. Issue was sorted with no fuss whatsoever.
SRAM - Issue with an 18 month old set of RC Pikes which I'd absolutely hammered (though maintained as well). I was set to scrap them but thought I'd see what SRAM thought. Replaced with a brand new pair of 2016 RCT3s. No questions asked. I then had a small problem with a Monarch shock which was fairly new. Again, replaced and upgraded.
Service as it should be. Thanks all round!
Would echo this with recent experience of Santa Cruz / jungle. Blur TRc frame cracked and 5010 frame offered as replacement. On request replacement frame changed to Nomad as this worked better with parts I already had. No fuss. Just sorted.
