I've asked a few questions on here of late. And had great answers, which I'm very grateful for. So cheers folks, much appreciated.
I haven't answered any of your questions, Ambrose, but I have had many of my own questions answered here by some exceptionally generous people.
So I echo your thanks.
It's a good place here innit?
Your welcom
Always happy to give tips on Big Hitting.
This site genuinely impresses me with the wealth and depth of knowledge of its' members.
I don't recall a question ever going unanswered.
Kylie for a night or Danni for a week?
Kylie. I'd only need 5 minutes in truth.
Danni - answer would be the same if the times were reversed!
The Kylie question is as nothing compared to the Coors conundrum...
I too feel very positive about this forum. Even the big hitters.. ๐

Listen to Mr Show Off. 3 times in one night!
OP well thank you, you've been very helpful to me in the past
Danni, or Natalie Imbruglia if we are doing Aussie fantasies
Good idea for a thread, cheers STW.
HTH - but you do realise I was joking about vaseline and the hamster?
If we're doing Australian fantasies it's Mia Wasikowska.
I'm defo with the op.....cheers peeps
Joking aside, this place really is quite wonderful. The quality of advise and thought here is astonishing. Thank you one and all.
Imbruglia, every time.
Funny the people who I've seen at work reading STW and I ask 'are you a regular?'. No, they just Googled 'damp proofing problem', or some such.
It's always amazing how many completely different answers you can get to one question in here...
Yup,thanks STW,baking them for 20 minutes stopped the squealing.
It's my first port of call for advice on anything. In the last week alone I have purchased one item after reading a thread on here and repaired my oven thanks the assurance from here that it was straightforward and I wasn't going to wreck Christmas in the attempt.

But it's in reading them all and finding a balance that means you generally come away with an increased understanding. Just google wisdom of the crowd
It's a great place here. You've helped me with bike related problems, and listened and counselled me on a range of personal issues as well. A lot of knowledge and warmth on here at times.
And it is fantastically funny on here sometimes as well.
Merry Christmas to you all.

I'm amazed at how much extra - but sometimes useless - knowledge I've gained from reading posts.
The 'teaspooning' of whisky in a barrel to force the buyer to use it for blending-only was interesting (thanks to Cougar).

I've stopped bothering to make my own decisions, I simply start a thread on here.
Yes. thanks all.
Regularly informative,entertaining and very amusing.
Hurrah.
I've stopped bothering to make my own decisions,
No one ever really makes a decision for themselves aracr, that would require that they had never had any contact ever with any other human or any form of human communication. We make every decision on the sum total of all that we have been exposed to. I think that your choice to start on here just shows your profound understanding of that, your deep wisdom and commendable lack of ego. I salute you and will continue to weigh your contributions most highly as I consult the oracle of STW in guiding my path through life. ๐
There's a lot of forehead kicking about in that pic...
