Big shout of thanks to Magura for sorting out my Vyron seatpost. It developed a fault, out of warranty, and I sent it back to them for a repair.
I recieved a new post, rather than mine being repaired, within a week and free of charge!
I love the post, soo much better than my previous Reverbs and KS even with that occurred.

My experience of their cs on my brakes (including but not limited to crash damage) has been very good if I actually sent the things to them. They were less encouraging over email mind.
