I know they are struggling sorting out Joplin seat posts, of which one of them is mine due to lack of parts.
But I've got to say I'm really impressed by their customer service.
They have fixed and returned my eggbeater pedal in less than a week after I snapped one of the wings off by hitting a rock very hard whilst riding. They haven't even charged for it even though it was my fault.

+1 from me. Emailed them a query about rebuilding my acids. Told me to send them in. Came back practically new apart from the pedal bodies, within a week and free of charge.
