We've got tickets for the TGV Duplex from Lille to Toulon next month. We've taken bikes in bags on the ordinary single deck trains to Toulouse before but havent used the twin-deck Duplex. Does anyone know what the baggage space is like - is there room in the racks for a couple of bikes with wheels removed?

quite a bit of space of the upper deck and ends and in middle though is busy it fills up.
the middle bit is quite good and you could put i think bikes in that bit on the floor under the rack with wheels removed...
on the last train i go there where three teens camped in that bit playing cards.. looked roomy
not sure about downstairs
