Ordered some stuff from Tenns outdoors following on from last weeks fresh good friday.
With the bank holidays and me being away I was able to get my parcel today and check out my new products.
Whilst checking the order, I noticed that 1 of the 2 bib shorts that I had ordered had the flat pad rather than the new moulded one that I have specifically ordered.
So, I picked up the phone, gave them a call and explained the situation and the nice lady very promptly apologised, told me a new one would be in the post today, recorded delivery so it would get to me quickly. She then [u]asked[/u] if I would mind popping the old set back to them (which I said of course not) and she said she would pop a pre-paid envelope in with the new ones for me to send the wrong ones back to them in.
Now personnally that is some of the best service I have had in a long time and if they can do it I can't see why other companies can't.
Mistake with my order or not, I will certainly be ordering from them again - their stuff doesn't seem half bad either!!
