As above.

Apart fron the decal obviously ๐Ÿ˜‰

Curious as have come across an 853 for sale and wold like to double check it's authenticity.

No gussets on top/down tube where attaches to headtube on 853.

What Nuke says; only 853s don't have the gussetting at the headtube I believe. The 853 sticker doesn't mean much as Reynolds will happily sell you them (I bough some to replace the 853 sticker on my 853 Inbred when it got damaged).

Brant's signature went on the small batch of vertical drop-out anniversary Inbreds (I have one) but it went on top of the laquer and can be easily rubbed off. I think that there was a much larger batch of unsigned horizontal drop-out 853s (CRC used to sell them).

They're really nice frames but I ditched mine as the chainstays where ridiculously wide leaving just mms of space between the driveside stay and ring teeth. If you are looking at one it might be worth checking it out for chainsuck damage.
