My mate is lucky enough to be doing the Afan Monster so we are going over the bridge on Sunday to ride the area.

We've ridden the built trails and suspect there is plenty of "natural" stuff in the area. So if you know any interesting bits we can join onto the built trails, could you tell us?

The odd grid ref or map picture with a big arrow helps explain. If you don't want to post your trail secrets, my email is in my profile.

Thanks in advance

The owner of Afan Lodge (Richard) knows the area very well and he is a genius when it comes to natural trails in the area. Drop by and I am sure he will sort you out with something.

I understand that Updoc may be seen in the area if you're lucky?
