No one has mentioned this yet but your stem is too long
...and you have forgotten to fit the granny ring
....and of course the front mech
...oh and the LH shifter

Apart from that I like it

Apart from the stem issue, you need to relook at your logo valve alignment, rear tyre and front tyre are not aligned, rear needs to be sorted as valve not central to logo ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Stem's too long, bar needs rotating back, needs a spacer above the stem and the blue bits are minging. 'Part from that, great! 8)

I'm not a fan of white rims, but they look fine on this bike, especially with the white fork. Zee drivetrain? Nice. 8) Needs a dropper, though. ๐Ÿ™‚

As others have gently hinted at as to not hurt your feelings, THAT STEM ๐Ÿ˜ฏ ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

Edit - valve/logo alignment looks ok to me. Ideally, tire logos at top and bottom for a photo, but since the OP was obviously excited about his new toy, I'll give him a pass this time. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Well, as long as he fixed the stem...

I do not take offence in the slightest.

To be perfectly honest I find the comment rather funny. Lifts my morale..

Probably not going to help the fact that this frame was last min decision all the bits where ment to be for a giant reign.
But seeing this now I glade I got this. After all I'm getting such amazing feedback on that stem ๐Ÿ˜€

I got a new 50mm stem lined up so once I get it I will post another pic up

You gave up on the Giant then. Bike not my bag but I hope you love it to bits and, as they say in these parts, "ride it like you stole it".

That stem blah, blah, blah

Although I noticed that the saddle is all the way back on the rails too. Are you sure you picked the right size frame?

Colour scheme is spot-on

"ride it like you stole it".

What, like in Asda car-park only on the back wheel? ๐Ÿ˜†

Stem aside, that looks good Brudders although the saddle looks incredibly low compared with the height of your bars.

To be honest I was kind of peeing in the wind with all the components only had a trek before..

But I'm pleased with it.

Just off now to try it out. Do the tweaking later

Bruders - where did you get the frame from? And how much?

I like the Transition better than the Giant, at least in the looks department (which we all know is the most important!). ๐Ÿ˜‰

Frame is a lovely colour... (in the spirit of the thread- would have suited black forks and wheels better! Contrast!)

That's a very nice bike!

I'd change the stem though, it looks like it's 100mm plus, which really isn't going to do the handling any favours on a slack six-incher like that. Otherwise, good effort.

OP - is the stem fixed yet? ๐Ÿ˜‰

Pls post a video of the complete destruction of that early 1990s one! So no one else can make an the same mistake! ๐Ÿ˜€

To be perfectly honest it rode really well..

i loved it..

but i do only have a trek and a 29er to compare it to. and it blew them away. it just ate anything i did. (which was not to it full potential at the moment rusty still myself)
