[Closed] Tell me about....

Forest of Dean?....i've got some time off next week and fancy taking in some trails centres, i've read good things about the new fast and flowing blue trail there, anybody ridden it?
Also, there are some downhill tracks there that i'd like to try but i ride a short travel hardtail, are they rideable without long travel full suspension or will i die a horrible death?!

Also want to do one of the south Wales centres, any recommendations?...i'll be going in the mid-week so hopefully nice and quiet.
