We pay too much for our BT broadband, so I have been looking at alternatives.
No Virgin in our area, and outside of the normal channels it’s only really Eurosport that I’m interested in. Vodafone have offered what seems like a decent price for fast broadband 70mb (I work online from home all day), but can’t offer any TV package.
TV Player looks cheap enough, and has Eurosport, but I can’t see that any device we have, other than computers, can actually play TV player. We have two smart Sony TVs and a PS3.
Sooo, is TV player any good? How do you watch it? and can you record stuff on it somehow, or is it all kinda like catchup?
