I made a mistake and set my Sync up with a SRAM bottom bracket which continually needs tightening and squeals and groans the whole time. I'm thinking of swapping it for one of the screw together Hope ones, but don't want to bother if they're just as bad. Anyone with long term experience of the Hope?

Yes I have one on my Pyga, no problems since fitting. All good!

not long term..but..
have one fitted since 6 months now..and so far everything is fine...

i have one fitted, no problems at all, and i am a biffer.
notably, it spins more freely than the original cheap bb. (which was perfectly smooth)
