The Helm, where I'm standing to take the pics, is criss-crossed with tracks through the bracken, and just behind me is the scary drop Fay is show riding 🙂

Ulverston-based riders... speak up! In which part of town do you live and what do you ride?
Spesh spenner....Swarthmoor.....i ride a Spesh FSR XC Pro, slowly and not very often!, i can often be seen tramping along the A590 on my trusty Trek road bike, on my way to work in the paper mill in Bazra. 5.30am starts.....ouch!!!
