I think the difference is probs whatever your race speed is. I’ve been down the thing on my Spesh Enduro, and it was a hoot but 1. I was plodding, and 2. I stopped to shake out my hands a couple of times. I think I did one “Right, going to give it some beans” run, and I got to the deer gate and had a little cry.

See, this is why I miss the endurance dh- I'm not fast but I can knock out 7 minute laps all day, even after the bit when your skin starts falling off and you go completely mad.
