Think it depends on the size of the picture on your hosting site, I think, maybe.
Don't think you can change it here (but you can use the preview button instead of posting on the forum whilst you experiment).
by looks of it thats as big as it goes from your flickr account. Generally on flickr when you click on your picture you have a row of commands directly above the pics. One of these is 'All sizes'. Click on that to make it full size, right click pic, highlight 'properties', copy the 'URL address' and post on here as before
