I find that I need to shuffle about on the saddle over prolonged straight stretches. I don't know why though. More prominent when riding fixed as the back pedal can push you about a little bit.
I also like to stand on climbs.

see, he may be a dirty cheating drugs cheat, but he's got a purty smile.
I've actually warmed to him a bit - his PR recently has been pretty good. Lots of chat about cycling as a little boy, etc.
