Should be a good one!!!

Four Cat 1's and a Cat 2

Prospects for the final day - some of the Dutch are actually bigging up Kenny van hummel (Lantern rouge) to beat Cav and Hushovd!!!!

Just a broken cheek bone? I suppose although he was going so fast, he slid for ages. Those sparks..

reasons for Hushovd to go, first he ends any chance of Cav getting green. He may also be there to help Sastre later in the day.

Hushovd trying to prove a point by going for intermediate sprint (possibly sprints, but another Cat 2 in the way and 50+km), saying " I would have got green anyway, and that Cav boyo better buck up his act before mouthing off again" โ“

Poor Cadel nothing, the guy has had ample chances to win the tour on a few occasions but he is incapable of making a tactical descision or too attack when it matters,

Even when he realised it was slipping away from him yesterday he never hit the fornt of the group to limit his losses

I dont know if its a lack of confidence or fitness but he is a follower

You can guess i am not a fan !!

tragically1969- thats me told then! I dont think he could hit the front yesterday, I am a fan of Cadel but was being slightly ironic. I think he maybe should become another Cunego- not quite good enuf for GC, but stage winner/ classics man.
Anyway, nice idea by Thor to rub Cavs nose in it

agreed that Thor has a point to prove, he's never going to outsprint cav on the flat stages but doesn't want to win the jersey by default after what looks like a hissy fit (LOOKS like a hissy fit, the judgement was correct in my book)

how does assistance from the mechanic while still on the move work- just watched the mechanic adjusting menchov's brakes out the car window while holding onto the seatpost, obviously the bike is only moving cos the car is towing it. Is there a formal rule for this assistance?

Wiggo is benchmarking himself against Armstrong, who he'll see as the bigger threat in the TT tomorrow. Doing well too.
A Schlek and Contedor are 20s up the road.

Sounding like another good day for Wiggins - just WHERE did this come from? Totally out of the bag! (as in the overall performance, not just today's)

Would you put money on him to win the TT tomorrow?

in my opinion wiggo's performance has come from his BC training for the 'lympics. same with Cav, it's just given them the edge.

So can Brad make up any of the minute or so that he has lost to Kloden?
Kloden, Lance, and Brad are all meant to be good dh.

You've got to admire him. He doesn't need the money, so basically it's just an enjoyable hobby now, but he can still kick arse ๐Ÿ™‚

Sastre put a good effort, and highlights how quickly and easilly things change.
I wonder if they ever consider running sealant?
