Any radio stations covering the tour, or is there a station that is giving regular updates?

I mean a traditional radio station, as I won't have access to a computer.

5Live sports extra do the last 2 hours of each stage but you'll need a digital radio

BBC 5 Live gives updates and sometime live commentary of the final stages. Long live commentaries are sometimes also available online - easiest to find via the BBC Sport website.

But I usually listen to the Eurosport feed. Oddly that embedded player hasn't been working for me and I've had to click on the little maximise button to launch the full Yahoo/Eursport video player.

You can try and pair that up with non-Rnglish video online, but there's a delay on the Eursport audio which tests your short term memory ๐Ÿ˜‰

See http://www.cyclingfans.com/ for more links and feeds.

And obviously not when there's something more important like cricket to cover ๐Ÿ˜‰
