There is probably a blindingly obvious solution to this, but I haven't been able to find it.
How do I get Talky Toaster maps to display without blue patches?
I've got an Edge 840 with the new maps installed. Large areas of land are coloured blue rather than the (I assume) correct shading. They're on road, gravel & mtb maps. I've tried changing the profile, as per the FAQ, but that doesn't sort it (and was only for a bug in mtb maps anyway).
I'm willing to go and talk to Talky, but want to eliminate any obvious solutions.

It’s in the FAQ on their website. In settings switch to general instead of MTB

I was somehow finding an older version of the FAQ which only talked about the mtb maps and then didn't fix the issue.
No idea how you found the right advice, but the issue appears to be sorted.
Except now my contour lines have disappeared. Oh well, I thought I was there.
