I bet the chicken wasn't from tesco! some niche butchers somewhere and maybe cooked in a kiln?
Curry & rice ? Errrrrrrrrr why ? You only get it with chips up norf as its to cold to grow rice. One day I'm going to have half rice & half chips with it.

and just for the record Chapatis not Naan, with a chicken vindaloo here, or curry goat with rice and pea, just for a change
Just to keep you all happy it was a meal deal for two which I had to myself as I was home alone !
From the little general store up the road they make it there.
I had pilau rice and plain nan and just a little veg curry on the side left over from Saturday
No kiln of niche to cook it in although I shall probably smoke some chillies over the weekend
Isn't it difficult to light them?
