Had a look at the 'long' thread about this place, I admit I did not fully read 100% of it but I got the impression that Aston Court is;
1) Fully open
2) Not yet finished
3) Has been bulldozed by loggers and destroyed?
4) None of the above
...Sooo, I'm in the area in a few weekends time and was considering taking my bike- what state are the trails in? Is it a good place to ride? Is it easy to find the bits to ride, or is it a bit of a Swinley Forest of a place?
Is there a website etc that has more info on the place so I can read up on it and decide whether I should visit it or not?
Cheers for any info ๐
Ashton Court is fully open and finished. Trails are well worth a ride, maps are available and everything is well marked.
Leigh Woods (over the road from AC) is not yet finished, due to open soon.

Some of the markers for the trails have been vandalised, but once you find the start of the singletrack it's pretty easy to follow.
Parking is a bit of an issue at the moment as they've started building a new cafe and half of the most popular cark park (near the golf course) is fenced off. I'd recommend getting there early or parking outside the estate (North Road is free and nearby) and riding the last bit to the trail.
