Its the right size and seems an excellent price, why should/shouldn't I buy it.
Okay... Go!
a better version will be out next year
Not bad Kimbers, but isn't that always the case!?
i dont know if thats true but thats what the press release will say
Looks rubbish on paper and I didn't read any glowing reports of it in the mtb 'press'*, so I'd be inclined to either avoid it or buy it and sell the frame and buy something that had a half decent design,

bad:its a kona
good: nothing 😉
Marzocchi 55-TST2
You will have to buy a backup set of forks ontop of the grand price for those times when your forks are being repaired "2-3 weeks".
So in reality it'll cost you £1300-£1400. Meta5- theres a thread on here with one on for £1300.

Indeed, can we be more succinct please?
ITS $HIT
tommytaka - you know shit-all about buying bikes, therefore your opinion can be discounted straight away.
😈
I dont own a Commencal but its waay better than a Kona.
magic link does what is says on the tin
but heavy so looses its uphill plus points
sweet on the descents but flexy so looses out on dh
refinements could make this a quality ride
note: this is based on reviews ive read and a shopfloor test ride/bounce i had
disclosure: ive owned 5 konas still have 3
🙁 BOWLOCKS! I wan't a 6" squidger for a grand and I thought this was the one! 🙁
Still no praise!?
id probably buy one if i had a grand spare, but get windwave to swap the fork internals
but get windwave to swap the fork internals
Is this after you've had a ruined ride? 😉
probably after but id be thrasin the crap out of em to see if the reports are true, im a bit funny like that
kimbers Ive had three new cartridges in three mazz's and im a sh*t/slow/crap rider. Thats bad news for a product IMO.
As the very happy owner of a Coiler Dee lux i can say just TRY and break it, planted ride robust if not complex suss system, lifetime frame warranty. bargain, bite their hand off and enjoy.
