i follow a certain eating plan.......i eat no fruit and no dairy.
would or should it be a good idea for me to start taking a vitimin tablet, just to cover the bases.
You could try inputting your food intake for a week into an online prog like Cronometer which would give you an idea which (if any) vitamins/minerals you might be deficient in.
No fruit and no dairy? That doesn't sound very healthy....

How did British people survive before we started importing oranges and other citrus fruits? Oh and milking dairy cows?
Don't worry too much Ton - many of our required vitamins and minerals can be obtained from a wide variety of vegetables but it is worth checking you've got all bases covered.

Calcium. Think the leafy greens should cover that.
Maybe get a blood test to check vitamins?
i feel ok, just that i was talking to a bloke, he seemed to think i would be missing some vitals.
eat a mountain of veg a week, and fish and eggs, which cover most of the essentials i think.
