I think that you should have access to some because it's be just the thing that you burp, buckle a wheel and need to take the tyre off to true it or get a few wee cuts and need some more. If you're taking a tubeless repair kit then you should definitely take some. However, here you can get it in all the bike shops, even the ones that are really just for roadies!
