Drift them out and remove the circlips that lurk behind them

Screwdriver, hammer, circlip pliers optional but preferable. Small hammer and an old bearing to fit the new one.

Not necessarily. Not all BB30 frames use circlips.

Fsa do a removal tool for a few quid, not worth drifting out with screwdrivers and hammer imo

I just used a 10mm dia metal drift to tap mine out last week and used a BB30 press in adaptors and my head set press this week.

Maybe worth refitting the bb30 bearings or fitting some new ones blather in grease including the circlips if your trying to get rid of some noise.

Now I'm used to this design I prefer it Shimano, granted Shimano cranksets are better though.

Though mine was PF30 I imagine it ain that different, I had to use a drift (ok not a screwdriver), as the FSA thingy was next to useless on the 'tight' side

if the bearing feeling notchy in the frame but ok/smooth out of the frame,
I would get the frame reamed.
