Anyone else noticed what looks like a jump course being created off to the side of the road on the way over to Carron Valley? 4 bikes wide approx.
Is this on the CV side of the Tak or the Kilsyth side? I'd heard that the FS were talking of building more trails but I doubt if they'd be building a jump course that far away from the rest of the trails.
I'll be up the Tak on the road bike tonight so I'll keep my eyes peeled

East side of the road, on the kilsyth side of the hill, not far after the mine/quarry IIRC. Fairly obvious to spot - let me know if you see it to confirm I've not gone nuts.
Near Kilsyth, just past the golf course, right hand side on the way over to CV?

Probably been completed then - was very half built looking when I last saw it 2+ years ago
That's been there for ages. I sure it was there 15 yrs ago when we used to cycle from Cumbernauld to Carronbridge hotel for a couple of pints. *

Yes - spied this a few weeks back (or rather one of my mates did), I'd never noticed it before. Planning to venture over and have a closer look as soon as I've got time.
Is it on the quarry land?
