Just purchased syncros digi shock pump.
No instructions with it other than connecting to shock. I am presuming battery is included! It doesn't switch on when I attach it to the shock. Can't see on / off button - only thing on it is a unit display. Pressing this does nothing.
There was a tab saying remove before first use - which I did but a sliver of this is stuck in the head of the pump.
Can you help an idiot out please? Is the pump faulty or my intellect?
We have a couple between us. They both have an off/on button below the display but turn on when connected once the cut off valve behind the adaptor head is opened with the screw behind it. Not had to replace the battery yet even after the length of time we have had them

Had to take apart to get at the tag under the battery. Now all working fine. PITA.
