currently listening to symphonc metal as being a heavy metal/classical listener in past. Liking within temptation, but nightwish sounds a lot better. Anything else there, the same genre. maybe heavier, neo classical?

Been off googling as I quite enjoy listing to some of the classicly trained metal acts. Prefer the S&M type approach of mixing the two styles to say having a band covering metal songs with classical instruments. Don't get me wrong, most of it is pleasant, but what I like is when boundaries are pushed and new pleasing noises are made ๐Ÿ™‚
