Way back in the mists of time, before the great hack of 08 there was a thoroughly nice chap on here called Southshore. He lived in Sydney's Blue Mountains and seeing they've just been destroyed by fire I wonder what happened to him - haven't seen the name on here for years.
Anybody know?

He's a friend of mine. Not sure of the latest situation, but their town was evacuated the other day as the fire was on the out skirts. He's in the NSW police so he's pretty tied up in things at the moment.
