Need to swap and shorten the hoses from left to right (and vice versa). Will this work on a set of mono mini's? Thanks.

Few quick points
Brake Fluid is cheap (from a car supplier)
Bleeding Hope Bakes is easy

How much excess do you have? If not much then route to avoid cutting. Maybe worth getting a end kit on sale or return from a LBS.

If you can route fine the just swap and rebleed.
