The first round of the British 4x series kicked off yesterday in my home town, Leamington Spa. Had a fantastic day of racing and the weather gods were smiling too.
Racing was fast and exciting and the presence of the Czech rider Tomas Slavik bought some extra excitement to the day.
Slavik took the win for elite men, and the fantastic Manon Carpenter took the win for the ladies.

Helicam? Flippin' brilliant!
Brill, wish I'd known as would have come along! I took my kid's up there a few months ago and they loved the track.
Always tempted to have a go on the 4x course in Leam as it's just at the end of the road from our house, unfortunately I'm a cowardly lamer though. 🙁
