Hi there
Wonder if anyone has ridden the SUW from Dalry over to Sanquhar? Going to be down that way in a couple of weeks and looking for some good alternatives to the 7 Stanes.

only from Moniave to Sanquhar.. once and that was enough. Lots of ditches, peat bogs and tussocky. Pretty dry atm so might be a bit easier than the winter ride we did 😕

Trekster - thanks for the reply. Videos look good, it's been a long time since I walked the Roman Road at Durisdeer.
Have you ridden Tibbie Shields down to Moffat? If it's worthwhile which direction is best?
