Could be legit but something doesn't sit quite right... "selling on behalf of a friend"

full service including servicing forks new cables peddles ,shifters cassettes ,chain,handle bars ,brake pads ,headset , and bottom bracket

Doesn't have the brace at the bottom bracket/seat tube. So if it already hasn't it will crack..
