I suspect not as the lower pivot is fixed. It just uses clever linkages to manipulate the shock rate.

Looks like a very fixed pivot point to me.
The only weird thing is the way the shock pivots in it's housing. But surely this is only a way of manipulating the shock rate, not the axle path.
