Sussex Muddy@rse ladies rides take place across Sussex and Surrey - Donna (the main instigator) lives in Redhill.
The Muddy@rses are very welcoming and accomodating.

Ask Dave the owner in Surrey Hills Cycleworks since he’s very well connected with the local cycling community and he might know of some local lady cyclists.

There's one that goes out from Ashtead, but not sure on age group. Check with pedalactive, or Dave at SHCW.
