Ive never ridden Surrey hills but am in the area on Tuesday evening.
Just wondering if there are any group rides I could hook up with on Tuesday evening as I don't know my way around at all.
I keep my wheels pretty close to the ground so would prefer to keep away from any gap jumps etc.

Trailforks is your friend, it's fairly easy to navigate with that. I went a couple of weeks ago and it was fine to navigate and really chilled fun trails.

It's mine as well but not the best in Surrey Hills (IMHO)
I'm not someone who gets lost easily but Surrey Hills can be a complete maze unless you know it.
A couple of times I've missed a turn* and ended up with a bit of a PITA. *By missing a turn I mean it wasn't on trailforks..

It's always hard to know ... quite often you either find yourself doing it or bypassing something that you wouldn't have bypassed if you'd seen it. Or taking a route down only to get to the bottom and realise this mistake and have to climb back up.
I had an amazing day Sunday.... I bumped into some guys who were with someone who knew the area and this made a HUGE difference.
