I just replaced the bearings in the freehub and reassembled the hub and now I have some side to side play. It is most noticeable when the wheel is mounted in the frame. I thought I had reassembled it correctly and can't think what is wrong. Any ideas?

In that case I'm guessing part missing, not seated etc. Strip and reassemble is the best option.
