Just got my second bike from them and wanted to give them a big, public thumbs up.
Great comms with swift email responses and helpful phone calls, great price on the first bike and then a free set of Saint pedals on the second and generally a super level of service that deserves praise. Thanks all. 😀

Great shop. I drove over to them yesterday from Bristol to research some road bikes and got excellent advice from John. Wish they were my LBS although my bank balance is glad they're not.

If you are visiting the area, have a look in Cyclopedia round the corner in Crwys Road - a different type of bike shop, but nice stuff and people.
