Just wanted to give a shout out to Sunset Cycles and Ibis for some excellent customer service.
I asked Sunset about an Ibis downtube protector for my recently purchased (from them) Ripmo AF that I'd read about on the Pinkbike forum.
They got back in touch to say that it wasn't available here but Ibis UK were sending a Lizardskins one which they use on their bikes FOC!
Not a massive thing but unexpected and a nice touch.

Bought my last 2 bikes from them. First class service. Wish i lived closer!
