Summer bib tights?

Hi all,

After some recommendations for some summer bib tights.

I need tights instead of bib shorts as Im getting eaten to bits by all the local creatures and my legs are a mess.

Ive got some Madison DWR bib tights for the colder periods and so could do with some thinner summer versions.

I need something for the slightly larger chap with a 40" waist.

What is there to look at?

Maybe UV leg ''warmers" with shorts might be cooler in summer?

Something like this:

Runners compression socks might be a cooler option.

From a discussion on another group, UV leg warmers seemed to be the popular solution, though if you attract wee beasties like I do then thin lycra may not save you.

I usually blather uncovered skin in Avon skin so soft, contains citronella which the creatures don’t like (can be bought from Amazon)

You could get some compression leg sleeves. I've raced in some 2XU over winter. Not as warm as knee and leg warmers, only in black.

Castelli make some UV white ones too.
