Kettle of boiling water or soak with Plusgas
Gentle tap to break corrosion

Just so I'm sure I'm not tightening the bugger they screw off backwards right?

I in the scaffolding pole camp, longer the better. Just make sure you use some grease next time.

And use washers next time you naughty boy.

And it's deffo anti clockwise, just so you can slip and get your hand impaled on the chainset.
