I fancy adding a stiffer stem to my road bike, the current Deda job is a touch more bendy than I would like.

Any suggestions for a 120mm long, 6 degree rise stem that will be stiff as a stiff thing?

Look at what Cavendish, Kittell etc are running!

Pro Vibe (IIRC) is quite popular.
